Gobowen All Rounders Childcare is a registered charity managed by a committee of parents and volunteers.

Gobowen All Rounders is based at All Saints’ Church Hall and serves the local community by offering high quality childcare and education to children below statutory school age.  We are a 24U setting offering high quality care and education for 2 year olds. If you child is eligible for a 24U place, they would be entitled to 15 hours free childcare. We also offer 30 hours of free funding for eligible children aged 3-4.

We are a Preferred Provider within Shropshire, which means that we have a commitment to ongoing training and support and aim to provide a high quality education for children at preschool level who have complex special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) and who have an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) or who are likely to require an EHCP in the future. We believe that ‘Every child deserves the best possible start in life and the support that enables them to fulfil their potential’.

We have a secure outside play area.   Our indoor and outdoor areas offer a wide range of resources which provide learning opportunities for all our children.

During your child’s time with us he or she will be able to experience a wide range of activities each day, supported by their key person and a team of highly qualified staff who are dedicated to supporting children’s individual needs.

‘The standard of care is outstanding. Staff go above and beyond to support children and their families when they request further help. They work closely with parents to promote seamless continuity for children when they first start at pre-school.’

‘Staff have provided expressive arts sessions for children. This has helped children to become extremely confident and self-assured and develop outstanding moving and handling skills.’

‘Children are learning the skills they need for school. Some aspects of their development are better than good, including their levels of concentration that are much higher than expected for their age.’
